Alpine Furniture Flynn Nightstand, 18" W x 15" D x 26" H, Chestnut

These were the perfect nightstands for my small bedroom and low bed, and I was shocked to see them cheaper on here (for the exact same item) than from some major online stores. I was a little nervous ordering big furniture items from Amazon but they were delivered by a third party and were packaged extremely well, such that it seemed almost impossible for them to get damaged during shipping. I’m very pleased with these.

See above. I bought two of these. Packaging was excellent. I appreciate having solid wood construction and the nightstands prebuilt. (All I had to do was to attach the drawer pulls.) I need nightstands that were 17 inches high--these filled the bill. My Roomba has no problem cleaning under these.

I purchased two of these nightstands before pulling the trigger on the entire bedroom set so that I could check the quality. I have not been disappointed. Some of the older reviews appeared to be knock offs with paint instead of stain, but I don't see that on the ones I received. They were sturdy and look great. The packaging was very well done! For just a little bit more than the particle-board stuff from Ikea, you can have real wood and wood veneers that look so much better. There is a bit of a smell from the stain and the fact these were wrapped up for some period between manufacture and purchase, but it was no worse than any other brand-new wood furniture I've purchased in the past. I left the drawers open for a couple days and burned a lemon candle, and the smell dissipated pretty quickly. You can google for other tricks to eliminate any smell you may have. The color is a bit darker than what is shown online, so unless you will have these in direct sunlight or under photographic lights all the time, plan on the finish looking a little darker. I was matching an existing mid-century modern bed, and these worked out perfectly for me. Definitely would recommend.

The acorn stain/finish has more red than picture shown on description, not a good surprise. Refer to my picture and other customers’ reviews with natural light for closer color reference. This color will pop on darker walls like charcoal, black, hunter green, making this nightstand a statement.The velvet drawer lining is only on the top drawer. It might be there to avoid small stuffs making sound when open drawer.First I thought the drawers did not close flush, it was about 2 mm popping out. Then I pushed the drawers harder, they went into there places almost locking system. Speaking of which, opening drawers need extra pull force to pass that resistance. So if you don’t put enough weight on top, opening drawers will shake everything down.As other reviews said, drawers do not open all the way, but I know the reason. Imagine open 2 drawers at the same time all the way, your nightstand will lose balance and everything falls towards you including stuffs you have on top. This off balance drawers was a big issue for Ikea MALM dressers.The unit came fully assembled and well packed. Mine has a little ding/dent on the top drawer, not a big deal. I have been putting so many furniture for the last few months, nearly none of them came perfect conditions.This Alpine furniture collection is exactly as the Purple Online Furniture seller, like identical size, made, color options. They just mark price, brand, marketing sell differently. I realized this lately when I received furniture with different name on the boxes.For the price, I am happy with this purchase. Just the color does not meet my expectation, but it is growing in me. Per other review, the undertone of acorn color change over time by this manufacturer (more red, or more golden brown), I know that if I want to color match this one, I have to buy another piece of this collection soon.

Saw some mixed reviews and was hesitant at first, but ended up buying two of these. Absolutely worth it, they are solid wood (other than the backing, but even that seems to be sturdy particle board). Really good quality, even the top drawer is felt lined. Will definitely buy more from this manufacturer in the future!

I'm honestly surprised that these got an "F" on fakespot reviews, so I just wanted to add my own to negate that ridiculous algorithm. These nightstands are just... amazing. I had added them to our wedding registry hoping for the best, but honestly not having too high expectations. To my surprise they were just as gorgeous and high quality, if not more so, than the pictures. That said, the photos on this listing are pretty amazing. Imagine an even better dresser in person!Overall - no wobbles, no marks, no nicks. These nightstands are great quality, and I definitely think they are worth the price. I can't quite tell if they're solid mahogany like they claim, but we'll definitely see with time. Hopefully water damage doesn't maim these gorgeous tables! I'm so glad we got two matching ones. The wood grains are different from one another which makes me assume they *are* solid wood. The color / stain matches flawlessly. A true mahogany color, too - my fiancé's vintage mahogany dresser matches them perfectly. I also love the sliding drawers in particular. They're smooth and fairly sturdy, however they tend to stick a little bit. Despite that, they function quite well. I read in other reviews that the knobs sucked, but I personally really like them. They're not amazingly high quality and I forsee them being replaced in the future, but they're great for now.I absolutely recommend getting these dressers if you want high quality that will last many years with appropriate care. The ONLY thing I was a little bummed about was the shipping time. It took them about 10 days to arrive, which isn't bad, but it certainly was longer than promised. Even so, they're definitely worth the wait!
