I’m hesitant to leave negative reviews, so I’ll start with the positives. After owning the Galaxy Buds Pro outer case for about six months, I appreciate its robust build and sleek design. It’s compact, fitting easily in my pocket without being bulky. The case does an excellent job protecting the original earbuds case, preventing paint transfer or skid marks on my phone, wallet, and other items—exactly what I bought it for. However, the case doesn’t stick securely to the lid, causing it to fall off a few times when opening. I’ve adapted by handling it carefully, but this issue needs fixing. Overall, it’s a great protective case with a minor design flaw.

It's pretty good, does what I purchased it for I suppose. For some reason I expected the case would be attached to itself in some manner rather than 2 seperate pieces.The latch doesn't fully close, I find myself pushing it to seat.The retaining ring on the clip, pulled through in a week of bending down.My worst complaint is the phone holder is almost 90° on a flat surface. Maybe add some bottom length to angle the edge of the case a bit? No one puts their phone on a table at eye level. You have to sit way back to use it for movies.But I really do love this case. My primary reason for buying it, was because I have have butter fingers. I constantly drop my headphone case and the headphones scatter to the 4 winds. I work on an offshore vessel as the captain. It's not ideal for me to be running 8000 tons and trying to dig under the furniture. The clasp really helps me, I mostly keep them clipped to my belt loop so I can't drop them. However, if and when I do drop them the clasp has kept them from flying away. I only ever put one ear bud in when making phone calls to ensure I'm monitoring random watch. This is also great because if I were to drop the singular one. The other is secure on my belt loop as a backup instead of fishing I can safely wait until my shift is over. Though I've replaced the retaining ring for the clip and added a Tile Tag to it.The magnets on the bottom also come in handy, our washers are in the bathroom in the main lobby. It's able to stick to the metal on the top of the dryer and not slide in the waves when I'm "occupied"FOR THE PRICE. I would definitely recommend, though I hope they take the input

Cleaning brush is nice. Case feels solid. Only issue is the case does not pivot when opening. It is 2 pieces. There is also a clip on the back that prevents the charging case from opening all the way without pulling it up slightly out of protective case. Weird design... Why not have a pivot point added and one solid case?Edit: I am dumb and put the case on backwards 🤦🏽‍♂️ it does stay on when open quite nicely actually.
