With the multicolor don work that grate the film get stuck stuff that they don’t tell you what kind of material to buy or that it is hard to print what you want of course you have to buy more softwares to make a 3d figures. Etc… Anycubic people doesn’t help you at all try to contact them and nothing to get a exchange on the multi color

This printer is garbage. You will spend more time trying to diagnose the terrible software and terrible hardware than you will actually printing anything. The company spits out "updates" every other day that do virtually nothing for the magnitude of issues that it has. I have another printer from a different manufacturer that has significantly more print time and I can count on 1 hand how many issues I had with it in the almost year that I have owned it. This one, I've owned for far less time and it doesn't even compare. Look elsewhere if you want a printer that is stable.

Never got it to print. I had a error on statup and anycubic said it was a part and they would send it to me. The part doesnt look like the part( not even close) So I am sending it backPS the part took 2 weeks to get here

I bought it directly from anycubic and is been nothing but problems, every time I open a ticket get parts a new problem starts go with a bambu save your self the headache

This Combo left a bad taste in my mouth, so maybe into 2 weeks of using this Combo the Ace pro gave out on me. And now Amazon is refunding me the amout for the Ace pro which is fine but now the seller jacked up the price on the Ace pro and now I can't reorder it because it cost to much and now I'm stuck with a single color printer? Which I already have. The purpose was to have multi color printing not single.

i liked the machine but it required to much maintenance and within the first month of use, i broke a belt and the extruder clogged up
