I didn’t expect this to taste so horrible quite honestly I thought I had ordered the tablets not the powder.Now as to why it taste so bad for me … to sugary with a very distinctive chemical feel at the end you can’t just mix with water it has to go in a smoothie for sure ! Does it work for your body yes amazing but the fact that you have to gag everyday to drink this not a great selling point

I've been taking BCAA's for ages and have recently read about how EAA's are more important because your body doesn't make them. I also saw a YouTube think about the benefits of Taurine for aging, so this product seemed like a good option. I've not been taking it long but so far so good! personally, I like the taste as I can't stand the super-sweet flavour that many supplements like this go for. It tastes of berries in a more natural way than most berry-flavoured supplements I've tried. If you could do a hydration tablet like this too, that wasn't very sweet then I'd be a customer for life :)

Good purity of product and lots of helpful information on the company website and via emails. Too soon to notice an effect yet but no doubt it’s working it’s wonders as other products from Longevity box do make a difference. Speedy delivery and an all round excellent service and help. What’s not to like.

I heard these are good for energy so tried them and they seem to be working well for me. The flavour is not too sweet and tastes natural which is great for me.

I far prefer taking an amino-acid mix as opposed to protein powder alone, and this one comes exceptionally well presented with an excellent, essential amino-acid mix with the added benefit of Taurine which I deem essential if you are one who likes a workout or two! Indeed if they had of added Creatine to the mix, then I'd consider this as a potential one-stop vita station before my gym visits! That said, the big downside for me (and reason for the 3 star rating) is the taste - woof! Whoever named this "wildberry" must be devoid of taste buds as for me it is far more med-i-cine flavoured and not that appetising. That aside, I love it!

Quantity of aminos is decent but a bit low for my standards, I normally like them 9-12g aminos, this is 7g and lasts 30 days, not bad but rather expensive at 30 quid, normally 30 days of aminos is like £15. The taste is pleasant, but not as sweet as I was expecting, because it has stevia in it, I thought it would be sweet, but not that sweet, it's like a hint of sweet but barely taste it in water. I do like the ingredients, there's no nasty in this, it's clean from my point of view, and vegan.It helps speed the process of recovery of muscles due to exercising, as an athlete/ body builder/ gym lover amino's with all 9 essential amino acids like this one are a must for me. To make this better I guess I would add citruline malate that malic acid in it would add fizzy attribute to this, and citruline will also help with exercise. Also it could do with a bit more sweetness, I like bitter things, but sometimes sports supplements just aren't fun, unless they can taste nice not just pleasant.
