Most magnesium glycinate comes in 500 mg tablets. This is only 125 mg. I can't seem to tolerate more than 300 mg so this is amount will be better for me. I can increase the dosage a little at a time without overdosing on the other two ingredients. Good price, too even if I should double up since it has what I was looking for to begin with.

I use this to stay asleep, however, at the same time if you're a little constipated it will help you in the morning with that. So bear that in mind. If you have a hectic morning, you will be delayed a bit.

After taking these pills I realise I'm always sleepy. They send me into dream land ver very easily. However I bought them because my eyes were twitching and since using them it's completely gone
