Wheel on the Go!!
I purchased this as a gift for a Wheel Watcher. He has played it several times and is quite complimentary. The game is pretty well made and easy to use. A must for playing on the go for any fan.

It's fun!
I like it, two options to play, and you can turn the sound on or off. I know you can probably use an app instead, but sometimes I get distracted on my phone so I like this because I'm only playing this game.

Doesn't work!
Product doesn't work. Put new batteries in , checked batteries with tester , switch for another set of batteries . Won't turn on and it looks like it was repackaged with tape on top . Wanted this for my mother birthday in a couple days and now it doesn't work.

Everyone in the Family Loved It!
I got this for my nephew because he loves to guess the puzzles when Wheel of Fortune is on. He was sweet and said thank you and all, but I hadn't heard anything about it. I saw my sister the other day and she told me that he took it in the car on a road trip and played the whole way. Then he shared it with his cousins and they all took turns guessing. Now we are getting one for his grandpa for his birthday. Great family game!

Great little game for all ages!
Since receiving this as a gift, it's been played every day! If not by me, then by my kids (4 & 8) or my nephew (13) or some other family member. Everyone of all ages loves it!!!What we love:1. It's a simple black and white old school digital screen, which I prefer for my children.2. It's easy to use, even my 4 year old has easily picked it up. Even if he isn't solving the puzzles, he is having fun practicing his letters.3. The voice. We love Jimmy McGuire! :)4. It's a fun and engaging way to play, without being glued to phone or television screen. This is definitely coming on the airplane with us next trip! My kids even love bringing it in the car to play. I may have to get two because someone they fight over it! Speaks well for the game.5. It's a good price point for a fun gift. Again, for all ages over 4+!6. Game has two game play modes which is fun to change up depending on who is playing. (Toss-Up or Classic)7. I'm not sure how many puzzles are loaded into the game (since we just got it this week), but hopefully there are lots, as this would impact the fun of continuous play.I do have one suggested change for future models. Please keep the category displayed during game play or make it accessible in the toggle, like the letters and $$. Maybe it's just mom brain, but I keep forgetting the category while playing! LOL!

If you can, hunt for the Tiger...
So for years I've had the WoF game by Tiger, with cartridges that added more puzzles. Last year it got irreparably damaged, so while seeking a replacement, I came across this. I will share my thoughts, but first a note: I'm a collector of LCD games but I don't keep them packaged, I actually enjoy using them. The first thing I don't like is that it's only one player. There is no CPU competition and thus no way to lose. The only way to get what is considered a failure is to solve wrong, but there's nothing to stop you from guessing every letter of the alphabet before then. Also the manual says it is six rounds to a game. Too many, in my opinion. You're better off playing one or two at a clip, because there's a set number of built in puzzles. The "Toss-Up" feature is similar to those stitched into the actual show, but again, there is nothing stopping you from letting every letter appear. The box says it's for ages 8 to 108. But I doubt folks--like a middle-age chap such as myself—in their later years will have much fun with it. Or maybe they will! People play iphone games that are of this, or less, quality.I classify this as a "boredom toy", for me anyway. Not that my other Tiger, Radica, etc products can be called too much more.. but nothing can replace the Tiger WoF for me.I'll probably play it occasionally. Now, if Educational Insights could develop iterations of other game shows, then they'd start being of interest to me as a set, for collection purposes.I've seen several reviews that the unit is dead on arrival. I'm grateful mine wasn't.

8 yr old approves!
A hit with my 8 year old son who has watched the show a handful of times! You do need to provide batteries, but the voice & sounds are clear. There are 2 game modes (classic & toss up) which keeps it interesting. I wish the screen was a little brighter, but it was no problem for him. Easily fits in his hands or mine, so universally comfortable. I appreciate that there is volume control. So far, amongst others, we’ve come across “playing Fortnite” and “plaid pajama pants” as memorable solves, so there is a wide range of appeal.
