The price was good but once you try it out, I didn’t like the sleep one, but it may work on somebody else

disappointing
I wish I could say this helped but it hasn't AT ALL, over the past 6 weeks of consistent use. I was hopeful at first b/c it didn't bother my stomach like most vitamins do, but it didn't stop my hair from falling out like crazy, and sure hasn't changed how my skin or face looks. very disappointed.
